Who we are

What data we collect
- Data you give us. When you request a demo or contact us, we collect your name, company, business e-mail address, optional phone number, the topic you select and any message you write.
- Data collected automatically. Standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages visited, timestamps) and, where you consent, analytics data via Google Analytics 4.
Why we use it and on what legal basis
- To respond to your demo or contact request, and to prepare an offer: legitimate interest and steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract.
- To operate, secure and improve this website: legitimate interest.
- To measure site usage with analytics cookies: your consent.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers acting on our instructions (hosting, e-mail delivery, analytics) and with authorities where we are legally required to do so.
International transfers
Where a provider processes data outside Türkiye or the EEA, the transfer is covered by an adequacy decision, Standard Contractual Clauses, or your explicit consent, as required by the GDPR and the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK).
How long we keep it
Demo and contact enquiries are retained for up to 24 months from the last contact, unless a commercial relationship begins, in which case statutory retention periods apply. Server logs are retained for up to 12 months.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data; object to or restrict its processing; request data portability; and withdraw consent at any time. Under the KVKK you may additionally apply to us under Article 11 and lodge a complaint with the Turkish Data Protection Authority (KVKK); under the GDPR you may complain to your local supervisory authority. Send requests to info@innocentrum.com; we respond within 30 days.
Customer data inside the innoCentrum platform
This policy covers the innocentrum.com website only. Where innoCentrum hosts the platform for a client organization, that organization is the data controller and innoCentrum acts as data processor under a separate data processing agreement. On-premises deployments are controlled entirely by the client.
